My camera bag, purchased in SFO Chinatown as a set of three for $9. I use the medium-sized one to store my iPod, and the smallest one holds knitting do-dads.

Nice. My 40 gb ipod is in a camera bag, so that I always have its little support system with me (headphones, fm adaptor for the car, charger, car charger). The camera bag is nowhere near as fun as your bag.
