WIP Spoiler
So last night I was talking to Rock Star on the phone while knitting his gift.
That was such a bad idea.
I was saying, 'oh, you're going to love this, blah, blah, blah, you're going to love it so much that you'll never take it off your crazy head.'
He paused a moment and said, 'so... you're making me socks?'
Damn. I can't keep any secrets from him.

My husband has correctly guessed every present I have ever been excited about "surprising" him with. I did, however, blind side him with a hand-knitted christmas stocking last year that was knitted on the sly in my office at school when I should have been working. It was a little hideous, but he loved it.
My comments for your other posts:
1. I feel bad for you that you have to do the long distance thing with Rock Star and Yuck Mouth - that sucks.
2. MMM, nice yarn from purlsoho. I almost pressed my face up to the screen in an deranged attempt to feel the softness of it.
3. Your housemate said what!?! Just for that, you should knit her a lionbrand martha poncho and make her wear it. everywhere.
