Dear Jane QAL
Who's up for a quilt-a-long?
Go get the Dear Jane book, some sweet fabrics, and leave a comment here to be added to the blog.
I'm thinking this could be a good project to do together after the holiday knitting season has nearly killed us all.
Or sooner. Whatever.

OMG. That is an amazing quilt (drool). I just bought Denyse Schmidt's quilting book. It is the only thing that is motivating me to finish my phd. That book.
I wish I had the skillz for Jane. Someday.
Girl, you are a mad genius. I just happened across this quilt the other day (before I got the Ppurl email, actually--I am so zetgeist) and thought...could I? I am still on the fence. I feel like it might consume my entire life. We will talk more about this....
We had that quilt book at the store I used to work at! They all look so beautiful - but the patterns with curves still scare me!
Well, I was waiting until the "dead fish" scarf post to comment, but I'm getting antsy. I'm glad you like everything, though the whole dead fish this is a bit perturbing to me, since I'm vegan and all. Oh well! You liking it is the important part.
I still haven't rec'd mine, but I hear it's been mailed. *crosses fingers*
Totally unrelated to quilting -- I was at a wedding shower, talking about knitting, and I met a girl who knows you! Smallest world.
girl,
I WISH i had the energy for a Quilt along.
Sure. I would be up for a quilt-along! Is it OK that I've never quilted before?
Your other blog doesn't allow anon. posting.
What's up with your bad self?
xxoo
